in the various blue animations featuring random
circle effects.
Judging
Before we get into
the details, you may like to know more about the
individuals who will be judging this contest:
Now that you know
all the friendly people who will be judging,
here is how the judging process works:

You would
have submitted your entry to the
FXpression 05 contest forum.

In the end of
the contest, the above judges will decide on
the Top 15 entries.

The Top 15
entries will be placed in a poll in the
contest forum where everyone will have
two weeks to vote for the best entry
among the 15 entries.

The winners
will be notified on the forums via a forum
post and/or PM, and their entry will be
publicized throughout the site and forums.
