Random Circles

If you have visited the kirupa.com
home page any time in the past year or so, you will, more than
likely, have seen the random circles moving across your screen.
I particularly like this effect
because it is not obtrusive, only about 2k in file size, blends
nicely with any Web site, and is aesthetically pleasing. This is
similar to an aquarium - minus the maintenance and the fish.
