Random Points

I for one have a soft spot for
randomization. I feel it brings a little something extra to an
effect/movie to make it less... static.
With this project I wanted to practice a few things with my coding.
The type of coding used in this effect vary from dynamic clip
creation/attachment/labeling, drawing API coding, and random easing
motion.
