My name is Kirupa Chinnathambi (kee-ru-pah
chinn-a-tam-bee). I was born in Salem, India in 1984.
Shocking how a name such as Salem can be found half-way
across the world in Asia, isn't it? After having had the
wonderful opportunity to have lived in Germany and Italy, I
am currently living in the US (since 1993).
I'm 19 years old, and I will be majoring in
Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at
MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). Besides tirelessly doing homework, I
enjoy spending time on computers. I'm a big software fanatic
and an avid gamer. Besides computers, my interests include
digital video, music (Bee Gees, U2, REM, Enigma, etc.), animation,
graphic design, working out, and more.
Randomness
A few years ago, I was given a chance of a
lifetime to write a book (FrontPage 2002: A Beginner's
Guide). Mr. Jim Schachterle from
Osborne/McGraw-Hill gave me the
amazing opportunity to write a book about FrontPage 2002.
After 7 months of typing, thinking, re-typing, re-thinking,
and drinking countless cans of Pepsi, my completed work can
be found in any bookstore in the United States, around the
world, and
online.
The book has gone out of print recently, so your quest to
find the book may become quite a task as time goes on.
Besides working on my site (writing bios
of myself), I am rumored to be seen chatting with friends
online under the cleverly-disguised AOL Instant Messenger
screen name:
kirupacom.
I hope this helps you to know who I am. I
know it certainly helped me! If you have any questions (that
are not flash related!) or
such, don't hesitate to contact me by e-mail or using
Instant Messenger.
Cheers!
