In this tutorial, you'll learn how to create your first simple
animation in Flash 5. To start, first start Flash 5, and let's get
started. Below is the animation that you will have created at the
end of this lesson:
First, let's start of by drawing a
simple square. See image below:
Now,
follow these steps to get the square to move from one end of the
drawing area to another.
First, select the square and right
click on frame 20. Choose "Insert Keyframe" from the
menu that should pop up. See image below:
The next step is to
Tween the frames between 1 and 20. You can accomplish that by
selecting all the frames between 1 and 20 and "Right
Clicking" and choosing "Create Motion Tween". See
image below:
You should now see that
an arrow is going from Frame 1 to Frame 20. The background of
the frames has also turned a light violet color. To complete the
animation, click on Frame 20 and move the square in your drawing
area over a few inches to the right. See image below:
