Just like in
the past, the Flix Pro interface is designed to give
users of all levels a chance to encode video to Flash.
You can encode a video in a matter of a few seconds, or
you can take your time and tweak every portion of the
encoded video's quality, sound settings, and more!
Most users interested in making a quick
video-to-swf conversion will not need to go beyond the
first view:

After using the program for a few
minutes, I came to the following conclusion: Flix is one
of the few programs on the market that fulfills its
designated purpose with minimal hassle on your part. The
program is quite simple for users, and even the most
beginner computer enthusiast should not have any issues
in converting a video into the Flash format. To give the
program a shot, I decided to convert a standard
QuickTime movie that I created into the Flix format.
It only took me a few seconds to have
my QuickTime movie converted into the new MX/FLV format
for 56k users. I entered the location of my QuickTime
movie, entered the location to save the Flash file to,
used a custom Preset designed for 56k users, and pressed
the Encode button.
The following two videos are what I
used. The first movie is the QuickTime movie and the
second movie is the Flash movie encoded by Flix:

And the following movie
is Flix's conversion of the above movie. While the above
movie is not optimized for any bandwidth setting, the
following movie is encoded at 56k by Flix:

If your original video included sound, Flix provides you many
presets and options for adjusting the sound quality. If you are a technophile
interested in tweaking your output movie, you can use the SWF, Audio, Video,
and Vectorize tabs to adjust the individual properties of the movie:

I could spend all day
explaining every single feature Flix Pro includes, but
you will need to get a demo or buy the program and find
out for yourself! Click the Next page link below to read
