Partner Wanted

Hello,

I am currently looking for a partner in a new venture that is going to work much like justin.tv. I need some one who is extremely proficient in Flash programming and familiar with RTMP streaming, this person should also understand CSS, MySql, and PHP. This person must speak English and live in the United States, preferable the east coast/Philadelphia area.

I currently have all of the contacts [Sony, MTV, Umusic, etc.] and site traffic from other sites that I own [65,000 visitors per day] to help launch this new site. Advertising contracts from key advertisers have already been negotiated and this should be a very profitable venture for the right person.

This is not a scam and I am a very serious person, being in the industry since 1996, my problem is I don't know flash, I have hired a flash designer and he completely ruined what I needed done. So I got to thinking that this is a project where I should have a partner that is proficient in Flash and understands what it takes to make things happen.

I am willing to offer up to 35% of the site/company for this and I have some very interesting celebrities that want to be involved with streaming live from the new site.

The system is setup to handle 2,000 concurrent connections [through a third party cdn], which should be more then enough bandwidth for the first few months.
