Converting HTML to Flash

I'm looking for a Flash designer to convert an HTML page created for a promotion. The offering is a free trip to India to participate in an adventurous rickshaw race and help build schools there through charity organizations. the flash format will be used offline when going to meetings and presenting the project (mainly for the charity organizations). the not yet final HTML is here
will be happy to receive offers and time schedule.
