what do i need?

hi ,

I want to start making flash games. i currently learning Action
Script. I have Flash MX on my computer. I have tutorials about tile
bases games... what else do i need apart from what i have mentioned?

no dude stay away from tiles they are really hard and complicated-for a newb- specially if you are a beginner go art base until u get familiar with AS and then u can do the jump to tile

Tile isnt hard... (take that back its way harder than it looks), but after the system is set up one can make a kick *** engine and map editor.
note: dont do it if you a newb at this... gave me a headache and i know AS.

i started learning AS 1 in January and currently still learning it bcoz i have to go to class and whatever... Does that answer you qn?

I shall learn AS 2 as soon as AS 1 is finished let me july since my sem ends in july 7th....
