Everybody! This is important. In a few days, these forums will be moving over to using the totally sweet Discourse platform. To ensure this migration happens smoothly with no loss of content, these forums are currently in a read-only mode. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

There is never a good time to turn the forums off for an extended period of time, but I promise the new forums will be a billion times better. I'm pretty sure of it.

See you all on the other side in a few days, and if you have any (non-technical) questions, please e-mail me at kirupa@kirupa.com. For technical questions, try to find a tutorial that corresponds to what you are looking for and post in the comments section of that page.

Cheers,
Kirupa

    Great site Mr. Kirupa!

I found time over the summer break and kirupa.com will be my daily visit. Great site!

And hope more tutorials will be posted up for Flash MX 2004 (Professional).

    Cheers!

Can we use MX tutorials for MX 2004? If not, I would like to see the MX ported to MX 2004 software.

I think most if not all of the MX tutorials will work in 2004

I've been a member with flashfocus.nl for about a year now. When I first joined it was a great help. But now, a year later, I've grown so much in programming actionscript and it seems the level of community knowledge is insufficient to my needs.

Thankfully the level is quite a bit higher here, so I'm happy to have found this forum. I'll be here for quite a while
