I've created a few nav elements that use the CSS3 mask animation. Unfortunately these only work on webkit browsers so I need to create some kind of fallback buttons for mozilla and IE. I haven't done this before and I'd like to learn how.


How do I create fallback buttons for other browsers? Can this be done with CSS?
