I haven't really thought about what my favourites are that much. John Deere has a pretty sweet logo:
I also like the vintage CN logo:
And the vintage CP logo:
And the vintage Hockey Canada logo:
Pretty well anything that's vintage and has a maple leaf or beaver is okay in my books:

For the English speakers, the entire shape is an M, with a red e and blue b: Montréal Expos Baseball
For the French speakers, it's a red c, a white d, a blue b, and the larger M: Club de Baseball Montréal.
As for the FedEx logo, beyond the arrow, I never thought it was all that impressive.
