Pitiful Preloader Problem

I'm using flashDevelop and I chose the as3 project with preloader but:
A. It dosen't work. It gives me this line in my application class>

import flash.net.registerClassAlias;    


    /**
     * ...
     * @author RobMacy
     */
    [Frame(factoryClass="Preloader")]


    public class AsteroidSupplyApplication extends Sprite 
    {

which doesn't look right.

and B: There is no B.
