postsProblem with setting textfield text. Possibly CS4 to CS5.5 issue?
Hello,
I have another post on here today about trying to set a textfield's text in AS2.
I have been working on this problem all day. I am beginning to wonder if it is due to the fact that the fla was authored with CS4, maybe even CS3 and now I am trying to use it in CS5.5
Any advice? Very frustrated here.

postsAre you sure the actionscript version is set to 2.0 ?
Forgive my typos, it's either 2 in the morning or I'm wired out of my mind.

postsGot it. My appologies. I do most of my Flash stuff with code. The guy I took this project over from uses mostly ui. I missed a setting.
