Desperately need help in combining playing 2 flash scenes in AS2.

Hi there. I'm still a newbie at this program, I've wasted a lot of time tryin to figure out and resarching for solutions on how to play the 2 scenes I have created in flash. Scene 1 is a plane animation while the 2nd one is a time based animation that depends on the time in your computer. The movie should be played scene 1 first then scene 2. I have tried the gotoAndplay AS script but it doesnt work. Thanks in advance.

well usually we would be running a check on the amount of frames - but you could also use a gotoAndPlay on the last frame - but if i remember correctly you have to specify the scene by name - such as:

gotoAndPlay( "[scene name here]" );

Thanks for the reply cbeech I tried it already but to no avail they say that automatically the next scene will play but it doesn't. I think there must be a problem with the second scene being time based. I have the file here so you get what I mean. http://rapidgator.net/file/1470594/f...ene_2.zip.html it really drives me nuts.
