    Ease speed without x or yTarget

    Hello!

    I'm making a Virtual Tour through a building.
    I have figured out how to navigate through pictures.
    But now I want to ease the speed in witch the picture is moving when the user navigates.

    I have attatched the .fla .as and caurina in a zip file.
    There is an explenation of what I want to create in the .fla file

    Can anyone please help me how to EASE THE SPEED???

    In the link you send me, all these easing functions have an x or y target. The objects are going somewhere and wil ease towards their goal. But in my .fla, there is no goal. I just want the square to build up speed when I hover a button, and build off speed when I rollout that button.

    Do you know what I mean?

    Can't open the fla, is it saved in CS5(.5)? I only have CS4 on my internship computer. But my guess is you'd like to ease the alpha or something? This can easily be done with TweenLite or Caurina

    yes it is saved in CS5.
    I know how to ease the alpha. I'm using caurina to do this.

    But I want to ease the horizontal movement of the square.

    Ah nu snap ik hem.

    That's not possible with Caurina, you would need to use an EnterFrame and have it build up ( += ) a variabele which determines the square'sX. On mouseOut you basicly do the same but in reverse

    oke, je spreekt nederlands, dat is een stuk makkelijker.
    Het kan dus niet met caurina (had wel verwacht dat dat zou kunnen)

    Zou je me misschien een voorbeeld kunnen geven van hoe ik dit zou moeten doen?

    Discovered that you use As2, I'm not familiar with As2, but created something in As3. Hope it helps!
