What kind of matching game is this?

Hi, I'm looking for AS3 examples of this kind of game, but I'm having trouble since English is not my native language. Does anybody know how can I find examples of this kind?

The game is quite simple I think:
You have two areas in the game, and this is the mechanic:
1.- a random object appears on top, and then
2.- You have to click on one of the options in the area below

Sounds like a reflex game, or a pattern recognition game.
