Flash developer wanted for template!

I have experience with Flash, but mainly with front end design so I'm looking for someone that can offer me a custom template with all of the features that are on eddiethoneick.com.

Notably:

1. The music player. Just a play / pause button, a seek control, a "currently playing" display and the ability to add new music to the playlist by clicking on a button on the website.

2. Transition effects on the images.

3. Random images on load.

4. Customized scrollbar.

5. A contact form with verification.

6. A simple image gallery with lightbox style display when clicked on an image.

7. To display video in a lightbox style window.

8. The ability to fade out / stop audio from the music player when clicking on and displaying a video.
