I got five textfields in flash, the user write articles and can textformat the textfields as he wish. Then i wanna pull the html code from these five textfields, store it in each column in MySQL, and load them later on.
The articles are mediumbig, but the html code makes the strings even bigger.
Result so far: ofcourse the whole string isn't being stored, it's like it's limited.
I've tried different store engines. now im using the deffault one "MYISAM".
The table looks like this:
CREATE TABLE `resor` (
`id` TINYINT NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT PRIMARY KEY ,
`resa` VARCHAR( 250 ) NOT NULL ,
`uno` MEDIUMTEXT NOT NULL ,
`dos` MEDIUMTEXT NOT NULL ,
`tres` MEDIUMTEXT NOT NULL ,
`cuatro` MEDIUMTEXT NOT NULL ,
`cinco` MEDIUMTEXT NOT NULL ,
`galleri` VARCHAR( 250 ) NOT NULL ,
`land` VARCHAR( 50 ) NOT NULL
) ENGINE = MYISAM CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_bin
I'm not using a local server machine..
And i'm making the mysql queries in flash and parse them to php..
So basically i wanna store really large html code, why should that be a problem?
