    hello guyz i just want to create a database in mysql which the field is encrypted, can you show me a tutorial or links or even teach me here...

    (I like to create a database for shopping cart which the field for password is encrypted)

    If this is going to be a commercial application though, you'd better make damn sure you can rely on your encryption methods though.

    just md5 it before putting it into the database then compare the md5 hashed values of input against the database version
