    moding vbulletin

Alright, a friend of mine wants me to mod his vbulletin. I know this is possible, but ive never really worked with vbulletin and templates and such.

He wants his one forum(that looks like any other forum) to look like... http://www.absolutepunk.net/forumdisplay.php?f=166

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to go about starting this? Should i make a whole new style for this one forum... or what.

    Thanks for any help...

It's easiest to work from a preexisting theme.
I know Slowroasted will be interested
