    moding vbulletin

Alright, a friend of mine wants me to mod his vbulletin. I know this is possible, but ive never really worked with vbulletin and templates and such.

He wants his one forum(that looks like any other forum) to look like...

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to go about starting this? Should i make a whole new style for this one forum... or what.

    Thanks for any help...

It's easiest to work from a preexisting theme.
I know Slowroasted will be interested
