1. I'm implementing a search and events section that will be feed by PHP, as you can see the search and events section drop to the bottom. I have them valign top align left. Is there a way to make them stick to the top. The table will expand verticaly depending on content they insert.

2. I set this up so that each section: header, navigation, content and bottom are tables stacked, but each one is in its own table that is 100%, how do you use 1 table at 100% for each section but have the content stay left or right and not stretch with the browser. I only want the back ground image to scale to browser.
