first semester was a lot harder than expected (>60% people quit -> hardly time for anything else than trying to understand some mathematic basics)

second semester is much easier now, since I made most of the courses already in the first one.

Maybe I can take some funny subjects next semester - like building robots,or an own CPU.

Plus I discovered a new way of easy learning (at least if you don't have to graduate in that subject) :
sitting in the auditorium and doing some other stuff (like programming, or trying to crack a wep p2p wlan encryption and failing miserable) is quite great - it never gets boring, and you learn a lot more than if you do the same stuff anywhere else

(doesn't work if you really have to keep the information the prof is theaching)

I hate studying, but I'll need to do alot of it this fall. From what I hear, getting your pharmacists license is a royal pain in the arse.
