file not found

i put a search within a site in every pages of my site. i used php. when i test it locally the search works. but when i uploaded and test it online i got this message saying "search file not found".

Did you convert all the paths of your files to match how it would look online?
For instance, take out C:/whatever/whatever/file.php and make the structure match the website one?
