Wow! [b]I didnt do this, but i saw it at devant art and thought that witht he battle going on that i should post it.

I opened it in Photoshop and zoomed in - it doesn't look like pixel art.

I can tell just by looking at it - I can't distinguish any hard-drawn pixels; it just looks like a regular raster image. In any case, it's possible that while he was saving it, he didn't optimize it correctly and so the image got "mushed." In any case, it does look neat...

Unless it was drawn larger and then reduced.

Then it would look like a traditional raster

Yeh it is very nice but I agree I dont think its pixel art. Cool though

I can tell.

It was, at least. then it got reduced and the pixels got mixed...

just look at the scroll in the top-right corner to see that the image was size reduced, and the color variations on the land and trees to note that this was pixel by pixel colorized.
