Simple but Nice
Simply achieved but has a very nice feel too it. Its for a clothing label called pattern.

Select a line one pixel wide in PS and stretch it, or if you have the processing power make a huge smear brush (999px) and just drag it over the image.

Well as it says in the title its very easy to achieve. If you want a tutorial writing on it i can. Just have to find the time. Thanks for the nice comments aswell.
