Hi,

I've been working a little on our new website - www.macro-design.org (http://www.macro-design.org/).

There's still a few things on the "to do list", things like, a logo, resolution optimisation ( at the moment it's only optimised for 1024x768 pixels ).

Well, I would like it, if you guys (and girls, actually I think women’s would be more appropriate and correct ), would drop a post or two about my work.

I've learned quiet a lot things through the process, most of all - next time I'm developing and designing our website, it would be a good idea to use some more bright colours.

thanks, Morten, and the link again - www.macro-design.org (http://www.macro-design.org/)

Great site Morten, One of the things that I didn't care for was in your contact page, the large image of the cell phone. Other then that some thing sift minor in your port when the port loads, the small sections below moved to the right a bit when I went to click them. I really like the colours and the over all cleaness of your site...

Yea for some strange reason that cell phone picture disturbs me. I have no idea why though. Good site Morten! I'm diggin the layout.

Very nice, the loading transitions work out very unobtrusively. I'll agree with the earlier comments on the cell phone image. It may be the coloring on that image, it just doesn't fit with the rest of the site. I did notice the thumbnails bumping back and forth a bit on mouseover on the project page. I thought it might be a mouseover scroll for when there are more items, I'll mention it though in case it isn't intentional.

Great color scheme! One thing I did notice a glitch in was when you go to "projekt3r" and you hover over the 3 buttons down towards the lower right, that whole area moves slightly, so you might want to look into that. Some fonts appear to be a little fuzzy, but it doesn't look bad. Oh, and I think that the phone in the contact page is not the best idea, but if it's what you want, eh...go for it, it doesn't de-tract that much from it. (it's just a big photo where you have little photos at all on your site)...anyways, great job regardless!

Boon out~ :krazy:

Wow, thanks for the very quick and useful critic. When I first launched this site, and asked for critics at another forum, they almost told me to redesign the site or find another job, cause it was really bad - according to them. So I'm glad to the positive response at this forum, cause I respect the people in here more than the others - a little sucking up ;)

The projekter, is a image scroller thing, so when I put a few more items in it, there won't be the weird bumping.

I never though about the phone image thing, but I can see the point. Maybe I'll just modify the colours in Photoshop.

But again, thanks for the useful and quick replies, keep 'em coming.

What was the other forum? They don't know what they are talking about.

Your design is nice, fairly minimalist approach that works very well. It's not going to start a revolution in flash design, but it's quite good none the less.

It's a 3D forum - used to work with 3d studio max, but I guess, I found macromedia flash more interesting.

We just got in contact with a new client, and they also liked our new site very much. And as long the clients are happy, I really don’t care that much about people telling me to redesign the website.

The idea with the website was to show some of the things that are possible in flash, and I think it does. But it can always be improved, so please let me know if there’s anything that could be better.

I was thinking about adding some sound - would that be appropriate?

im kinda diggin the cell phone, the only thing that kills it is the transitions, if u just made those seamless it would really be pimp.

Well, we've made a few changes, some small pixel errors corrected and another transition for the cell phone in the "kontakt" section. I might remove or replace the cell phone image, don't know what to do with it.

Ohh, and would some sound on the site make it more attractive? maybe it would add a little more life, and the menubar wouldn't seem so empty. Please let me know whether it's a good or a bad idea.

and thanks for the critics so far
