Problem with posts

Sometimes when I post a reply to someone or summin, i come back to see that
my post has dissappeared.
why is this? they haven't been offensive and have been about the topic in hand.

It may be that the thread creator deleted his/her thread and thus taking away yours and everyone else's responses to that thread :)
