Image Editing

I already posted this question and got tons of reply's.
But none of them really helped with what I was hoping.
I'm going to explain my problem again.
I got this image(JPEG) it's 2 guys.
And I got another image(JPEG)it's a flag.
I want to edit both image so that one image is above the other.
I want the two guys above the flag.
So basically I want to cut out the two guys from the image and paste it on the other.
How can it be done.
I also attachted both images.

simple stuff bro! all you have to do is this. Use a quick mask or any other way of extracting the two guys and then use the move tool to move them on top of the flag.

[edit] here is a mini tut by lost and Ren, this is to remove the guys from the background, with Ren's tut, DONT FORGET TO INVERSE!

Hey guys, I was searching for Kit and Ren's tut, but I can't find it. The link above is broken so I'm wondering if anyone has the tutorial? I'm looking to extract a person from the background... I can do it, but not very well.
