basic audio spectrum analyzer

What I´m seeking for is a basic 4 ou 5 bars analyzer only for the effect to show audio is on ; I´ve seen that in some sites ;
one can realize that bars are moving accordingly to the audio output and that is not any movie clip with going up and down bars;

I downloaded a very complex spec analyzer that cannot be easily used ;

Does anyone know any tutorial (any downloadable fla ?))

Otherwise you can just download Flashtraks from flashkit.com, they are way cool and you can download your own type of flash track and every one of their free sound loops comes in a flash track format :)
