I have create a corporate profile for my company and it is require export to projector format, but I cannot send an email using the action: geturl("mailto:email@email.com"). Of course, I know it will work if I export as html and swf. Also, This error will not happen in Win98 but Win2000/XP.

I believe mailto: is a browser command, therefore it cannot be executed without a browser :-\
Why it works in 2k/XP I am not sure.

:( really? that is too bad. Looks like I have to switch my final file format from exe to html.
(I am sure it works under win98)

are you sure that the problem computer has an email program specified in the default browser?
That is the only thing I can think of...

yes I did...but it doesn't works...I tried to use dynamic text field to load a text file with some HTML tags, but <a href=mailto:> is useless.

Okay, I have made an .exe, then ran it on my W2k machine, and it works...
So I think you need to make double sure that the W2k machine has a default mail program listed in the default browser preferences...
hope this helps,

Yes, I am very very very sure that my MS outlook express is the default mail handler, also I have specify MS outlook express is a default mail handler in my MS IE6 Internet option. It should be OK since I only uses MS outlook express.:-\
By the way, what if my clients face the same problem? :(
