information visualization+gospel data

hey guys and gals-

this is still in its infancy, but i would love to get your feedback on its design so far. it's the information visualization of the gospels in the bible. hopefully it'll give you a different perspective. there are some major bugs, but they're getting fixed as we speak, so hit me with your thoughts

That is a really cool viewer thing, cool to see the spread. It is deffinately a new way to view that data, very creative i must say. :D I have a problem with the design though...
-Blue font color on black makes my eyes hurt.
-Could use a jazzier font for the whole thing, be creative and find a few you like then try them to see if they work well for the content.
-Try an image or something to spice it up a bit, new BG or whatever, it would help make it not so kinda just bla and there.
I like the overall data and stuff though, the hardest part is content and you have that. A few design bobble fixes and it will be super sweet.

^^ yeh the navigation is def original but maybe add some rollover and rolliut effects to them.

Also I noticed that when you zoom in for the nav (very nice feature as the bars as small in parts) it keeps the specified zoom by the user when reading the text also which leads to the text being massive and the user zooming out again. Try to make the zoom only apply for the nav then automatically zoom out for the textual parts.
