Not loading PROPERLY

Okay, I got my page loaded, however people who say they are viewing it say they dont see the navagation and only half the page. I see it fine from my computer so I dont know what the deal is. I use these instructions

in order to have it fit properly. But I guess its not doing a very fine job. Or maybe its something else?

You need to give us more explanation. What are you using, HTML, CSS, tables, what? Right now, it's kinda like trying to fix a car in the dark. It just ain't gonna happen. Maybe if you give us some more details, someone can help.

Its a fla page, a swf is made when publishing the flash page and both are loaded to my domain through a ftp.
