Hey im looking for an experienced person who can do me a website template. I have a few images and color schemes I would like to have implemented on it, and would like it if possible to have a news system which reads posts from a vbulletin forum so people can comment on articles and news. the layout in mind for example is something like www.mugglenet.com (http://www.mugglenet.com), yes its harry potter website. if possible i would like the images like mugglenet though but to be simply swf files which have a simple glimer or sparkle affect to add that etc piece of magic ;) post here please or msn me kazmughal@hotmail.com

In fact if you all goto www.mugglenet.com take a look at the banner (logo) in its in two images i would like something simaler how much is anyone offering

im not trying to bring up the pricing stuff, but for you future knowledge most decent designers won't even do a layout in photoshop unless its like 200-300 usd. You have to consider how much tweaking and time spent conversing with the client there is. The last guy who wanted me to do a "simple" layout for him is still messaging me on AIM 6 months later asking for tweaks.

when it comes down to it the turkey paid me like 50 cents an hour for my work if you count all the discussion.
