soundtracks illegal?

It isn't illegal to upload some soundtracks of some movies or games to my homepage. am I right...?
I'm currently talking about the soundtracks of "The Rock".
Maybe I got them accidently from some kinda illegal site and it's illegal for me to post the on my site...

i have no problems getting the soundtracks, I have problems with not being a criminal :P
