[ Xbox for Gamecube Swap ]

Alright, well im sick and bored with my xbox, I want a Gamecube [!] Some of you may be laughing at me, but theres a fair few games i want to play on the cube including Metroid Prime 1 & 2, Resident Evil & that new Donkey Kong Game with the bongo drums, man its addictive!!

I cant afford to go purcahse a Gamecube even though there dirt cheap and seeing as I have an xbox and am bored of it thought maybe I could find someone who has a Gamecube who wants to swap/trade.

What would be a fair deal to advertise in the Trading Post (newspaper) for asking to swap an Xbox for a Gamecube [?] Oh and one more thing my xbox is modded...[?]


PS: Also if theres any Kirupa members on here from Melbourne / Australia who have a Cube and would like to trade for an Xbox. (Although I highly doubt it)

I dont have an ebay account and everytime i try to sign up asks me for creditcard details to verify my age and i dont have a creditcard. I also figured it would be alot easier just to advertise my xbox in the trading post asking for a trade than waiting for someone to buy it.

For those who dont know: the trading post is a newspaper here which is just to advertise anything to sell, like ebay but you dont bid and its in newspaper format....

we have game stores in the US that takes in games and system and gives you store credit or you can trade for somethign in the store for that value. Nothing like that in AUS?

Yeah we do have them, but they wont accept mine because its got a mod chip in it, sucks!

I BROUGHT A GAMECUBE [!] :D:D:D:D:D & I kept my xbox, I got a second hand gamecube, memory card & 2 games for $139 AUS Dollars, not bad deal. Now all I need to get is resident evil, metroid games and some sports games :D:D

Thought I'd try out an xbox and bought halo 2 and burnout 3 with Live. I then sold it 2 months later on ebay ;P

Hmmm, Queensland is one of the best places to go if your comming over here, but you said your not going there so that sucks mate. One thing you should do if you can is go to an AFL (Aussie Rules Football) match, that would be fun and exciting. As for Melbourne, go to the top of the Rialto (The Rialto is the tallest building in Melborune), Melbourne looks very nice up there especially at night.

I would say go check out the Casino thats also very nice, but your not 18 so that rules that out lol. Spend a day in St.Kilda (on the edge of Melbourne) thats a good day out especilly if it is sunny.

man queensland isnt that good.. lol.. melbourne is definatly the best city in australia. i went to sydney last month. and man does that blow. it sucked aswell. bigtime. but yeah go on top of the rialto.

and ben.. stkilda isnt on edge of melbourne wtf? try like frankston or dandenong or out western suburbs would be deer park..

and yeah check out a footy match. go see the Melbourne team play, they are kicken butt at the moment :D

Queensland is awsom! Schoolies last year up there was the best [!] Iv been told Sydney isnt all that good, ill find out in July, im flying up there for the weekend to go see Sydney V Westcoast at the SCG.

Yeah sorry my explanation of Stkilda wasnt that good, StKilda is basicly the city anyway, as for the footy match, dont go see Melbourne play! Go watch Westcoast if there playing in Melb while your down, or go see them play in Perth if you go to WA. :D:D

Nope go to tasmania. Go whitewater rafting, and the national parks, although if your from the uk, you might find tassie doesn't have enough sun :)

Gamecube is way better, I always kick my cousins off to play zelda, and mario parties pretty cool, you end up throwing food/drink at each other at the end :)

Surfers in Qld is the BEST! I wont hear a bad word said about it. Sydney is the most poorly designed city in Australia. Chances are you'll get lost. Night life is ok though.

:lol: -- I lived in Perth for 9 years, then moved to melbourne :D:D. As for schoolies I did get drunk, didnt take advantage of no girs, the came to me :lol:, and didnt trash the hotels! Its only a certain amount of people who do that, they ruin it for everyone else...

i TOTALLY agree with you. i couldnt find anything there. melbourne is so perrfect. its a grid!! A GRID!! i didnt experience the night life though while there.
