Slice/Code my layout for $10!

Would anyone like to slice and code the layout I have created in Photoshop for $10? I know its not much but its all I can spare.. its not that complex a layout either...


I just need a few things to expand and such. I duno how to do that. Oh and be willing to tell me how you did it :P

Uh, by that I meant like, if the content inside the content box which is sliced up is more than the original size can handle, then I'd like it to expand vertically... to accomodate the text... I think its called a 'fluid layout' but I'm not sure.

It's better to slice it with Fireworks if you're gonna use Dreamweaver for the rest.
