Red Tettemer is looking for an interactive guru that can energize the ongoing growth of its interactive pursuits. The individual will have a strong foundation in graphic design and a comprehensive understanding of interactive marketing. The ideal candidate will have a confident presence with clients as well as the ability to communicate effectively their ideas and strategies to both non-interactive creative and account personnel.
Ideal candidate demonstrates:
* abilities to cultivate wonderful ideas and successfully execute them in any interactive scenario.
* excellence throughout the entire creative process including concept design, production and client interfacing.
* inventive and entrepreneurial spirit.
* powerful and effective creative visual design.
* a strong knowledge of information architecture and demonstrate it through concise flow-mapping and wire-framing.
* the ability to make proper technical requirements recommendations for each unique case.
* the ability to make recommendations on resources when they are needed.
* the ability to meet tight deadlines, manage a busy workflow.
* that work and play can be one thing.
Technical Requirements:
Macromedia Flash and intensive knowledge of ActionScript
XHTML/CSS Hand-Coding, and Web standards
Javascript
Illustrator
Photoshop
PHP, ASP or .NET and database connectivity
OOP in Actionscript is a plus
XML is a plus
Must be capable of testing and debugging cross-platform and cross-browser.
Experience:
3+ years of interactive or advertising agency experience
