Do you mean with all those object that zoom at you then ease to a stop?

If so that can be done with _xscale; _yscale; and easing there is a tutorial for easing here at kirupa I believe.

No When u click one of them some of them become invisble and some of them step forward and start to move very smoothly in the air. I mean that affect.
