User interface???????

Okay, so, I designed my opening page and preloader but now I am completely stuck. I need to design a user interface that visitors to my site can use to navigate all through my site.

How on earth do I go about designing a user interace??? Anyone have any tutorials or something to help get my feet wet?

It is a MX tut but the code still works in 5. Don't use the compnets because u can't in 5.
