At the bottom left of the page they have a audio control componet.

All im looking for is how to do the roll over effect, where when u roll over the word "Audio" is shows the controls but Closes if u roll out of the control area, i would like to do a similar effect on my site,

That's not a rollover. It's just when you rollover the button it play an animation of the window appearing And then there is a invisible button (with only "hit" frame filled) around the window and when you rollover that one it playes the window disappearing animation (or the same anim backwards).
So if you move out of the little window the window scrolls back!
It can be done some other way though... But I think this one's the easiest
