i can understand the concept, but i still didn't like the bottom part of mlkdave's site.

btw paddy duke - it would've looked much better if you used the same pictures on (see, play, hear)

but i voted mlke, liked the colorwork, only thing i didn't like that much was the incoherency (the split up of the menu: titles above header, content below)

: i agree with simplistik though, there should be a time when you release your end result, as in when the poll is put up, less tempting to mold similarities or inspirations into the designs.

Regaurdless that's just my opinion... I mean techincally you were all influenced by the sony site :P. But end dates on things like these types of compitetions are important, what you do is you give a specified time to have them linked up. Give somethin like a 6ish hr gap to have them up or post the link... then close it if they aren't up.

Anywho... gj guys... but I shall not say who I voted for :krazy: don't go tellin on me you silly Mods you. :p:

Hey mlkedave you embarrass me my works no way top notch. I did it in just a couple of hours and there a lot of faults. I am not too happy with the header region. I was way to busy at that time and since I had promised I submitted or else that’s was no way I was going to submit it. The vote will tell you the story. I like your layout the best but I had some doubts. Do you plan to use flash in the entire top region? (I hope you get my point) the buttons look more realistic for flash.

LoL... mlk I just took a real look at your site and I noticed at the bottom you have all those little links... it looks like those links are supposed to be referencing the boxes they are in. So like Tekken, is an investor... Alicia Keys is a privacy policy...

Also, the arrows pointing up make no sense... they should be pointing down as they are pointing to nothing :D

i tried to make them point at the big boxes up top, and that link thing does look a lttle off but i thought with a different color most people would realized its not mean to be in the same category.
