Using Actions....

i downloaded some actions for PS, installed them, but how do i use them? i just cant figure it out.

Open the Actions window, select your action, hit play.

No problem.

If you hit the circle with the arrow pointing to the right in the upper right hand corner of the actions panel, you can choose Button Mode for your actions. With this, all you have to do is click on your action and it automatically plays, it is much easier.

cool i will have to try that! btw, lost, how did you get 'cascade45' so small in size, when it adds another 100px to the picture if you put a frame on it?

And what 100px frame? The border on there is about 25px.

when you click frame chanle it says sumthing about a 100px min space, try it and you will see!

I didn't use a channel or anything.

I used selections and fills.
