Am I the only person who uses PSP9?

Am I the only person who spent $120 on Paint Shop Pro 9 and use it when i make my animations and stuff instead of photoshop?
Ive never tried photoshop, but PSP9 works for me, does anyone know the differences and whether or not i should get PS?

Photoshop is the most well known graphic package. A good percentage of people use pirated software, and go for the most prestigious package...


I do use PSP7 when I do pixel art and things as such, but I must say that the layering capabilities of PS are much more extensive. Then again, it's not the same price...

Not me sunny, My dad brought me Studio MX 2004 & The Adobe Creative Suit from 'educationsoftware.com.au'. I got them at educational prices (im at uni doing multimedia) which explains why the URL has educational in it. The two packages cost $978 for both.

Anyway back to topic: I use photoshop cs, thats because that was what I started learning on about 4 years back. Iv never used PSP before, but have used Fireworks and hate it! Once you get used to the basic functions of photoshop you start to understand it alot better. The layers in PS are excellent, and its great for photo editing. :D:D

I use PhotoShop.

I am lucky enough to work for a company that will buy me any software package my little heart desires :love:

They also let me purchase liscences for home because I work from home every now and again.

I get all my software through school/college.

They give me everything, Photoshop, MX Suite, Final Cut etc...
