taking screenshots?

Hi,
Does anyone know how to take a screen shot? Also can you take a screen shot of anything on the web or just your own?
I'm not sure how the subject works so I don't know the boundries of it all..

To take a screen shot, all you need to do is press print scrn button on your keyboard, which will probably be on the right of the F1 - F12 keys

Then go to your graphics package and paste (control + v), then do as you will.

Or if you just want the current window, use Ctrl + Alt + Print Screen.

Actually, I know in Windows XP it's just

Ctrl + Print Screen

I don't know (nor care) what it is in any other OS.
