I'd change the background color of the sign, and maybe add some shadow next to the benches and the glass entrance, I know it's hard but well I'm trying to help. It's nice though, but well you asked to say "something" :D. Maybe add some things on the roof too.

you should put some perspective on the little red cross. Right now it stands straigth while the building is looked at from an angle.

Thats really nice there e-man! The second design is the better one (the on you posted with the K on the roof). Looks nice and clean in my eyes :D:D
