A quick question

Okay! Here is a quick question i hope to get answered..

how do i Disable the right click..? i saw it once on an forum .. but the forum is taken down now .. And i cant remember the code :(

And i have seen that people can change the right click actions .. is that hard? and if someone knows.. how do i do that!

But if you want to change the menu actions .. Do you know how to do that or should i stick with not to show the menu? :P
