Hello, i know this is something that i shouldnt post but i really need help with this:
---------- livin it up in the A'Dam ------------
My language is Spanish and trying to understand that phrase is for me almost impossible, could someone be so kind of helping me with it?
is it like "living in the old fashioned way" or is it like "i am just living and i dont give a **** about what you gotta say" ?
what does that phrase mean? =S
thanks in advance

If A'Dam stands for Amsterdam (which I think it does) it would mean "having a good time in Amsterdam" as in, like, going out to nightclubs and stuff.

livin it up in Amsterdam....??
not much of an expression... if that is what it means then here's the translation for you:
Livin' it up in [name of any place] simply means, "having a good time in [place]"
Does that clear things up for you... I'd do it in Spanish, but I havent spoken it in years, so I fear that if I tried I'd confuse you and embarass myself! ;)

no... it has nothing to do with living like people do in Amsterdam....
It's the same as this: "I'm having a great time in Chicago!" or "I've been going to parties everynight here in New York and its been really fun" or "me encanta Toronto"
I hope that helps!
