ok,
*can't comment on graphics as i have a T1 connection and it loaded fine for me
*the enter button needs to be imagemapped badly, having it the way you do makes it slide off to the side if u have your screen on a high resolution
*try linking the awards to a section of your site called "awards" that explains where each one comes from and why
*make the award images smaller, they detract from your site, when i saw them it really made me consider the site, well, amatur
*find some way to make your own counter that fits the theme of the site, present on looks awful
*have you tested the site in FF because i am getting some weird looking effects...

aside from the above it looks pretty darn good, just a word of advice, get a proper domain, i have no idea how long .tk will be free so personally i would try to avoid building a user base around it
